DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Design Review Committee is a mandatory committee established pursuant to Article 11 of the CC&Rs and Article IX of the Bylaws. The following members of the Association are serving on the Design Review committee:

WASH AND DETENTION BASIN COMMITTEE
A committee was formed at the June 2008 annual meeting to inspect 21 drainage basins within Sand Flower. The basins will be visually inspected in order to assess which areas appear to need repair. All findings will be reviewed with the city prior to any action. Some of the basins are in common areas while others are on or partially on the following lots: 1, 2, 4, 9, 10, 11, 18, 19, 20, 22, 25, 28, 29, 32, 37, 40, 71, 77, 78, 80, 81 and 97.
